Legendary actress Asha Parekh was recently spotted at the grand premiere of Gujarati film ‘Kachindo.’ The star who is a known face of Hindi cinema and also well known for her brilliant performances in Gujarati films like ‘Akhanda Saubhagyavati,’ ‘Maa Na Aansu’ and few others shared her views on regional cinema.
While interacting with the press, she talks about how cinema is changing according to the taste of the new generation. Especially focusing on Gujarati cinema, she says that just like Marathi films are content oriented, Gujarati movies are also delivering good subjects, and that is the reason why Gujarati flicks are profit-making overseas also.

The glittering show had the whole star cast of the film with actors like Rohini Hattangadi, Director Producer Urvish Parikh and many others from the Gujarati and Hindi film industry where they shared their good wishes with full support to the team ‘Kachindo’ and Gujarati cinema.
Well, now it will be interesting to see how the film works on box office especially in Gujarat after the ban of PM Modi’s biopic.
